Supplies
- Quarter of a red cabbage
- 2 cups hot water
- 4 clear cups
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp baking soda in half a cup of water
- White vinegar
- Plain sparkling water
- A spoon
Run of show
- 10 minsteep, strain and cool the cabbage water
- 25 minadd a different liquid to each cup and record colors
- 10 minguess which turns pink, green or blue
An adult supervises, nothing is tasted, wash hands after.
